This meeting discussed upgrade work such as Fusaka and Glamsterdam, including confirming the activation schedule of the Fusaka upgrade on the mainnet, proposing to activate Fusaka on December 3rd（UTC+8）, activate BPO #1 on December 9th（UTC+8）, and activate BPO #2 on January 7th, 2026; In addition, 8 EIPs were discussed, such as EIP 7688 introducing new data structures, EIP 8045 preventing slashed validator proposed blocks, and mentioning some proposals affecting the Ethereum staking protocol and services.
