Social gaming platform STAN completes new $8.5 million equity financing round
According to Jinse Finance, Google has backed the Indian social gaming platform STAN, which connects gamers with creators, communities, and publishers. Google’s investment is part of STAN’s $8.5 million equity financing round, which also attracted participation from Bandai Namco Entertainment, Square Enix, Reazon Holdings, and Aptos Labs. Google participated in this round through its AI Futures Fund, which was established in May to support startups developing with its AI tools.
