BlackRock and Nasdaq Push to Launch Spot Options on Ether ETFs
In a filing posted on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's website on Tuesday, BlackRock and Nasdaq ISE, LLC are reportedly proposing a rule change to list and trade options on the iShares Ethereum Trust (ticker symbol ETHA). A review of the proposal will be published within 21 days. The SEC could make a final decision on the proposal by early April 2025, Bloomberg Intelligence analyst James Seyffart said in a post on X on Tuesday.
