Chain analyst EmberCN tweeted that an address withdrew 8,014.6 ETH (about $25 million) from CEX again six hours ago, and has withdrawn a total of 24,463.3 ETH (about $75 million) in the past 24 hours at an average price of $3,066 per ETH. This address may belong to Elwood.
It is reported that Elwood minted and transferred $75 million USDC from Circle into CEX in the past day, then withdrew ETH worth $75 million (24,463.3 coins) from CEX through this address.
