Farcaster launches in-app USDC payment function on the client Warpcast, currently only supports Base chain

Co-founder of decentralized social media protocol Farcaster, Dan Romero, announced the launch of a new in-app payment feature on the X platform. This feature is built for the Farcaster client Warpcast, allowing users to pay others with USDC without the need to search for or remember addresses, with almost instant confirmation and zero fees. This feature initially only supports the Base chain, but may add support for other chains in the future.
