According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the address 0xf22...a685c has once again replenished its position with 104.6 billion PEPE (worth $1.25 million). The current holdings have increased to 353.4 billion (worth $4.23 million), reducing the average cost to $0.0000131, but it is still in a state of unrealized loss.
