Infinite Reality acquires Stakes for $8 million in stock
AI-driven social sports platform Infinite Reality has acquired Web3 game project Stakes for $8 million in stock. This all-stock transaction values Infinite Reality at $3 billion and Stakes at $8 million. Infinite Reality CEO John Acunto said that the acquisition of Stakes will help Infinite Reality implement its innovative digital experiences and immersive sports products, as well as integrate with blockchain and Web3.
