An address concentrated 2,000 BTC mining rewards obtained in 2010 into a wallet, worth nearly $140 million
An unknown individual/entity received a mining reward of 2,000 Bitcoins in 2010 and collected all rewards in a single wallet. Developer mononautical said on X that the address transferred 40 sets of mining rewards (50 Bitcoins each) to a wallet on March 26. Today, that amount of Bitcoin is worth nearly $140 million, according to TheBlock’s Bitcoin price page.
