Spanish Finance Ministry proposes tax reform that would allow cryptocurrency seizures

The Spanish government has issued a royal decree declaring electronic currency entities as tax agents, meaning that these entities must now comply with sanctions on their customers' digital currencies and encrypted assets when requested by the government, a responsibility previously only held by traditional banks and credit institutions.
