Institution: Global generative AI consumer spending is expected to reach $699 billion by 2030
PANews reported on December 25 that, according to the latest report from Counterpoint Research, global consumer spending on generative AI is expected to grow from $225 billion in 2023 to $699 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21%. In terms of specific segments, AI conversational platforms are the fastest-growing sector, while personal assistant AI and content generation tools are also expected to achieve significant expansion. By 2030, the number of monthly active users (MAUs) of global AI conversational platforms is projected to exceed 5 billion.
