US Prosecutors: Do Kwon Should Be Sentenced to 12 Years in Prison
Foresight News reported, according to Bloomberg, that U.S. prosecutors stated Do Kwon should be sentenced to 12 years in prison for the fraudulent actions that led to the collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin in 2022, resulting in losses of $40 billions. Do Kwon will be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer on December 11.
