This week, developers stated that the second blocks-only parameter (BPO) hard fork launched on the Hoodi testnet is progressing smoothly; all client teams are close to completing interoperability test preparations, with Teku’s ePBS implementation being the closest to running on Kurtosis; Ethereum advocate and ETH investor Ryan Berckmans opposed the inclusion of the Fork Choice Inclusion List (FOCIL) in the Glamsterdam merge.
