Orderly Network: Mantle on-chain deposits have been reopened

Orderly Network announced that deposits on the Mantle chain have been reopened. Previously, due to a hacker attack on Bybit, a large amount of funds were transferred, and Orderly temporarily suspended the deposit business on the Mantle chain.
