Step 1: Access the Bitget GB platform

2. Click on Profile in the top-right corner, then select Investor status, or search for Investor status in the search bar to access the page.
Step 2: Select your Investor status
1. On the Investor status page, select the option that best matches you.
2. Some identity types may require you to submit supporting documents.
3. After submitting your information, wait for the review:
● If you pass the review within 24 hours, you can proceed to the next step.
● If rejected within 24 hours, a 24-hour cooling-off period will begin, and the page will show a notice. You can only resubmit after this period ends.
● If rejected after 24 hours, no notice will be displayed on the page. You can submit your identity type again.
● If you select the 5th option (subject to the platform's definition), access to the main site will be restricted. You'll enter a 24-hour cooling-off period with a corresponding notice displayed on the page.
Step 3: Enter the main site after approval
1. Upon approval, you will be granted access to the main Bitget site.
2. You'll be able to use all features, including futures trading.
3. If you accessed Bitget via the Bitget GB website, you may see a pop-up. Click Proceed to global site to continue.

1. Bitget will notify you of your review status and other relevant updates through the following channels:

● SMS: Ensure your mobile number is correctly linked to your account.
● App messages: If using the Bitget UK app, only UK site-related messages will be displayed.
● Push notifications: If you're using the Bitget UK app, push notifications for futures trading will direct you to Bitget GB. If you're using the global version, the notifications will redirect you to the global site.
